I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can let your guard down, share your innermost thoughts and fears, and know you will be met with compassion and understanding. I work with individuals of all ages and from all backgrounds with a myriad of presenting problems. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or any other mental health challenge, I am dedicated to helping you navigate it.
Using insight and humor, I help my clients identify patterns of behavior that might be holding them back or making them feel stuck. I address aspects of their personal history that might be negatively affecting them in the present.
